Mentoring

A role model, by definition, is a person whose behavior, example, or success can be emulated by others especially younger people. We feel that this is the definition of a "good" role model but even if a person isn't displaying success you are just as much a role model. This person is just normally a "bad" role model. Either way the youth are going to emulate who they are exposed to most. Our aim is to show that being a role model isn't a choice but a privilege.
